stress responses, and equips them to provide effective
self-care, effectively manage stress at home and in the workplace, and to behave more intentionally (rather than from an emotional reaction).

Format:
The course consists of 4 one-hour conference calls which include group discussion, individual exercises, coaching, and written materials.
All calls are recorded so you can listen again or if you miss the live session. You do not need to be on the live calls to participate in the course (though in that case you will miss the opportunity to be coached on the live call).
Each call will include a lession followed by an assignment for the next call. Part of the richness of the course is the opportunity to be in the company of other committed individuals who are ready to say Yes to greater resilience and Health in their lives.

Identify your primary internal & external stressors
Identify the steps you can take to eliminate stressors that are within your control
